A: Absolutely! Our platform allows you to align your product pages with your brand’s values and aesthetics. Additionally, our team is ready to assist with color adjustments and other customizations to present your products in the best light possible.


Ongoing Commissions & Business Relationship

Q: What are the commission rates during and after the alpha testing phase?

A: During our initial alpha testing phase, we offer 0% commission, allowing you to keep 100% of your earnings. Post this phase, we aim to establish transparent and mutually beneficial terms to support a long-term relationship with ongoing commissions clearly communicated.


Payment and Fees

Q: What fees can I expect when using Opuna?

A: During our initial alpha testing phase, we charge no commissions, allowing you to keep 100% of your earnings. After this phase, a nominal platform fee of 3% per transaction will apply. Additionally, payment processing fees are as follows:

  • EU Cards: 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction.

  • UK Cards: 2.5% + €0.25 per transaction.

  • Non-EU/UK Cards: 3.5% + €0.25 per transaction.

  • Withdrawal Fees: Stripe charges 0.25% + €0.10 per transaction, and bank transfers are charged a flat rate of €25.00 per transfer.

These fees help cover the costs associated with providing secure, efficient payment processing and ongoing platform support.
